Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada 1996, he then completed his other diploma on Public Health in Leopold Franzen University, Austria and continued to masters degrees in Hospital Management Graduate Program in Gadjah Mada University, and Masters in Advance Science, Medizinsche Universitat, Innsbruckm Austria. He gain is Doctorate in School of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine Gadjah Mada University in 2015. He is now serving as Director of Hospital Management, Public Health Graduate Program as well as the Director of Center for Health Service and Management, Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. He is currently the Technical Advisor of Regional Health Department of Special Region of Yogyakarta.
